The air we breath is the most important food for our body. Learning how to do slow deep breaths can improve the quality of your health. Slow, deep, relaxed breathing mobilizes the parasympathetic nervous system, this is the half of the autonomic nervous system that balances the fight-or-flight response of the sympatric nervous system. Sloe Deep Breathing Improves: Blood pressure , Heart rate , Anxiety, Depression , Stress , Lowers stress hormone cortisol and Lowers blood sugar. Breathing slowly allows incoming air to gather a higher concentration of nasal nitric oxide. This allows carbon dioxide to accumulate in the blood increasing oxygenation. Do soft slow deep breathing for 8 to 10 minutes every day
