Morning Slow Motion Stretches for the Lower Back


Have you every watched you pet wake up from a nap? The first thing they do is a slow motion stretch. As we age our muscles get tighter and tighter. If we start every morning with slow motion stretching, done while laying in bed, our body feels more relaxed and good. This routine is designed for the lower back. However it does benefit the upper back and neck.
